Introduction
The
Russian-American Department of the Omsk State University School of
International Business (FMB) was created in 1998 in order to provide our
students with the opportunity to improve their international work
qualifications through RAD’s English Language and Dual Degree Programs.

RAD has
established international links with European and American universities and
regularly employs a number of American and British language instructors to
teach in all of its programs, thereby providing our students with the unique
opportunity in western Siberian to learn from and interact with foreign
instructors.
